Annual Ski Trip

We went back to Carnelian Bay, Lake Tahoe. We had such a great time last year. This year was a little different. We were missing some key members of our family, it was late in the season and the skiing was bad, but all in all, we had a nice time playing games, visiting, reading books and walking along the lake. We also took a day trip into Truckee and went to the Donner Party Museum. Here are some photos of our trip.

This is Chris and I. See all the patchy snow behind us? There was mostly slush and several patches of ice which tried to get me every time!!

I got up really early one morning and headed out alone to take photos of the lake. It’s the most amazing feeling standing next to a lake that they don’t even know how deep it really is. Talk about beautiful.

This is the group that went this year. Aiden is asleep, but the rest of us were up for a photo. :)
